Homestretch Housing

HomeStretch was established in 1996 in response to an identified Affordable Housing Crisis in Traverse City.  Since then we have developed over 100 below market rate rentals and homes for sale, adding new obtainable housing stock to our communities each year.

FAN Sober Living Scholarships  If you are a person in recovery that has left a rehabilitation program and do not have a source of immediate income, there are options to help cover some of the costs associated with moving into a sober living facility through our scholarship funding program.

Continuum of Care (CoC) Program-HUD Exchange
